Equine Zen - Private Sessions

Equine Zen: Experience a new way of interacting with horses that transcends current Natural Horsemanship techniques. Equine Zen deepens the bond shared between humans and horses through Energy Medicine and Human-Horse-Zen-Ship techniques. Every human and horse is a unique individual, therefore, sessions are tailored to meet the needs of each participant. During the Energy Medicine portion of the session, I use Reiki and several other energy balancing techniques to align the energetic system, also called the Chakra system to help restore balance at the emotional and spiritual levels of the body. After energy balancing, I teach the fundamentals of Human-Horse-Zen-Ship to help you and your horse communicate with each other at a deeper level and address any problematic behavior. Human-Horse-Zen-Ship is a training method that is rooted in intuition and utilizes the principles of herd behavior to help clients learn how to be "in the moment" when interacting with their horse. I am also an Animal Communicator, so frequently the horses will communicate with me and this is a great way to further the healing process. It is also very interesting to hear what your horse has to say about his or her life! Participating in an Equine Zen session assures both you, your horse and your partnership receive healing.

Energy Medicine for People and Animals: These sessions are a great way to relax and calm the body, mind and spirit for people and animals. Energy Medicine re-aligns the energetic system, also called the Chakra system, which allows the body to heal itself physically, emotionally and spiritually. Energy Medicine helps clear out any stuck energy, negative emotions and old behavior patterns. Sessions are available at your location, my home office in Bellevue (people & small animals only) or at the private barn in Duvall where I keep my horses. Distance sessions are also available.

Animal Communication & Wellness Consultations: These consultations are a wonderful way to gain insight into emotional, physical and behavioral issues for your animal friend(s) through the use of telepathic communication. Flower essences may also be recommended to assist in healing. Sessions are typically done over the phone.

Flower Essences: Flower essences work well for people and animals needing a subtle way to move beyond negative emotions and old behavior patterns. Flower Essences work at a deep level to assist the body in healing itself.

2007 Rates

~ Equine Zen: $110.00 for a 90-minute session

~ Energy Medicine: $65.00 for a 60-minute session

~ Animal Communication & Wellness Consultations:
$35.00 for a 30-minute phone session
$50.00 for a 45-minute phone session

~ Flower Essences: $15.00 for a custom one-ounce bottle

General Information:
If I travel to you for Equine Zen or Energy Medicine, I will bring my portable massage table so that you may relax while receiving your energy balancing session. All I need is 10x10 area out of the weather. If I am coming to your barn for a session, a stall, office or an isle-way out of traffic works well. If we are doing Human-Horse-Zen-Ship exercises, access to an arena (outdoor is fine) or round-pen is recommended.

Travel Fee:
$10.00 if you live between 10-20 miles from Bellevue Zip code 98005.
If you live more than 20 miles outside of 98005, please call to discuss travel fee.

Cancellations:
24-hour notice is appreciated if you are unable to make a session. If not cancelled within 24 hours, full appointment fee will apply.
